Heavy duty foil vs standard foil
Heavy duty foil is thicker, so it tears less when you wrap bones, skewers or hot naan, and it holds up on a grill. Standard foil is fine for light wrapping and lining. If your staff double-wrap to stop tears, heavy duty rolls usually save foil overall.
