Why kitchens use aluminium foil containers
Aluminium foil containers go straight from oven to delivery bag. They take high oven heat, hold their shape when filled with hot gravy, and the crimped lid seals well enough for a rider's journey.
They are also lighter than most plastic equivalents at the same volume, which matters when you ship hundreds a day. Used foil can be recycled, which helps when your customers ask about packaging waste.
How to choose the right foil container
Match the container to the dish, not the other way round. Rectangular containers suit rice and curry portions, round containers suit desserts and sides, and deep trays suit catering volumes.
Check three things before you order in bulk: capacity for your standard portion, the lid type (board lids are easy to write on, foil lids take more heat), and whether the rim crimps tightly on your packing line. We are happy to send a sample carton or a few pieces so your kitchen can test fit before a large order.
Foil containers are not for every job
Foil is not microwave friendly in most household microwaves, so if your customers reheat at home in a microwave, a clear plastic container may suit them better. Acidic dishes held for long periods can also react with bare aluminium. For those menus, ask us about plastic food containers instead.

Do you sell aluminium foil containers in bulk?
Yes. Multi Packages supplies aluminium foil containers by the carton to businesses. Tell us the shapes, sizes and monthly quantity you need on WhatsApp and we reply with carton rates, current stock and a delivery date. Repeat orders on a weekly or monthly schedule are available for regular buyers.
Do foil containers come with lids?
Most of our rectangular and round foil containers come with matching lids, either a board lid you can write on or a foil lid. Spare lids can be ordered separately. Tell us the container size and we will confirm the matching lid before you order.
Can I get a sample before ordering a full carton?
For new business accounts we can usually arrange a small sample so your kitchen can test the fit, the lid seal and the portion size. Ask on WhatsApp with the container types you want to try.
Why is there no price list on the website?
Aluminium prices move with the metal market and carton rates depend on your volume, so a fixed online price list would be out of date quickly. Send your requirement and we quote today's carton rate for your quantity.
